DYSGU GARTREF / HOME LEARNING

In case of school closure, your child can continue to take part in learning by following these guidelines:
Reading
Pupils will take home school reading books
Encourage your child to also read ‘own’ books at home
Spelling
Pupils will bring home spelling lists to practise daily
Mathematics
There are many free resources online – some interactive and some that can be printed. Examples of such websites are primaryresources.co.uk, Twinkl and HWB.
Some websites are offering free access during the coronavirus outbreak.
Pupils can also practise their tables on Times Tables Rockstars and Top Marks – Hit the Button. RM EasiMaths is also an online Maths resource (Y1 and above)
Purplemash and HWB are also online resources that your child will be familiar with.
Staff will send further learning ideas home via HWB, Seesaw or Teams should the school close.
There is a section on the school website called ‘Home Learning’ where parents are able to find links and apps from the drop down menu, to help support their child’s learning.
Please contact the school if your child cannot access their accounts or has lost their log in details.

Mathemateg
Mae yna lawer o adnoddau am ddim ar-lein - rhai rhyngweithiol a rhai y gellir eu hargraffu. Enghreifftiau o wefannau o'r fath yw primaryresources.co.uk, Twinkl a HWB. Mae rhai gwefannau yn cynnig mynediad am ddim yn ystod yr achosion o coronafirws.
Gall disgyblion hefyd ymarfer eu tablau ar Times Tables Rockstars a Top Marks - Hit the Button. Adnodd Mathemateg ar-lein arall yw RM EasiMaths (Blwyddyn 1 i fyny)
Mae Purplemash a HWB hefyd yn adnoddau ar-lein y bydd eich plentyn yn gyfarwydd â nhw.
